CALL FOR PAPERS
LASU Journal of Religions and Peace Studies (JOREPS) is an international, peer-reviewed journal committed to fostering academic discourse on religion and peace studies. The journal is accessible in both print and electronic formats, ensuring a global reach. All published articles are Open Access and assigned Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to enhance visibility and citation impact. JOREPS is indexed in leading academic databases, including Google Scholar, OpenAIRE, Zenodo, ScienceGate, CrossRef, Web of Science, Academia.edu, and PKP, ensuring wide recognition of published works.
JOREPS invites submissions for Volume 7, Issue 1. The journal aims to document and critically examine various dimensions of religions and peace studies, incorporating theological, anthropological, sociological, psychological, ethical, and philosophical perspectives. Contributions should explore themes related to human religiosity, spirituality, and peaceful coexistence. In line with its mission, the journal also focuses on contemporary and classical issues in religion, conflict resolution, and peace studies. Additionally, book reviews relevant to these themes are welcome.
Submission Guidelines
- Manuscripts must be in English and formatted in MS Word, using Times New Roman, 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing, and A4 paper size with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- The first page should include the author's name(s), affiliation(s), and contact details (phone number, address, and email).
- References should adhere to the 6th edition of APA or Turabian citation styles.

- Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, with five (5) keywords provided.
- Full papers should not exceed 15 pages, including references. Please use block paragraphing.
- The submission deadline is June 30, 2025.
- Manuscripts should include appropriate subheadings (without numbering) and must not be under consideration elsewhere.
