Author Guidelines

Authors are required to strictly adhere to the journal’s submission requirements to ensure full compliance and to avoid rejection of manuscripts. Submission that fails to meet the stated guidelines may not be considered for review. The inclusion of a valid ORCID iD is mandatory and must be provided at the point of submission (e.g., https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1825-0097).

Cover Page Requirements

The cover page must clearly include the following information:

  • Title of the article
  • Full name(s) of author(s), with surname underlined or written in capital letters (e.g., David Ose ADEBAYO)
  • Institutional affiliation(s)
  • Email address(es) and telephone number(s)
  • ORCID iD

Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Maximum of 250 words
  • Keywords: 4–5 keywords placed immediately after the abstract

Language of Submission

Manuscripts may be submitted in English or French.

Formatting Guidelines

  • Font type: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Line spacing: 1.5 throughout the manuscript (single spacing for abstract and block quotations)
  • Maximum length: 18 pages

Referencing Style

Authors may use either:

  • APA 7th Edition, or
  • MLA 9th Edition

Plagiarism Policy

Manuscripts must have a similarity index not exceeding 20%, as verified using Turnitin or an equivalent plagiarism detection tool.

File Format

All submissions must be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

Submission Channels

Each accepted article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) and is published in both print and open-access formats to ensure global accessibility, visibility, and citation impact.
