We invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit original, high-quality manuscripts that reflect rigorous scholarship, fresh perspectives, and relevance to current global or local realities for its September’s edition.
Areas of Interest
Submissions are welcome in (but not limited to) the following disciplines:
- Mass Communication & Media Studies
- Digital and Strategic Communication
- Language, Literature, and Cultural Narratives
- Social and Political Communication
- Science, Technology, and Environmental Communication
- Media Law, Ethics, and Legal Discourse
- Interdisciplinary Approaches to communication in education, health, governance, religion, or migration
Submission Guidelines
Journal of Talk Communication publishes a variety of scholarly contributions, including:
- Original research articles
- Theoretical or conceptual papers
- Literature reviews and meta-analyses
- Case studies
- Book and media reviews
Manuscripts must be between 5,000 and 8,000 words (excluding references) and should strictly follow the APA 7th Edition referencing style. All articles must be original and will undergo plagiarism detection via Turnitin.
