This descriptive study examined access to electronic banking among 100 students with disabilities at the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo, using a validated questionnaire (α = 0.78). Respondents included students with hearing (56%), physical (24%), visual (10%), and health impairments (10%). Results showed that ATMs were the most used e-banking facility (71%), followed by internet banking (16%) and POS (13%). Overall satisfaction because e-banking was rated incompatible with users’ needs (Mean = 2.28), lifestyles (Mean = 2.35), and inclusion (Mean = 2.44), although ease of use was rated positively (Mean = 2.83). Convenience findings were mixed: e-banking offered comfort (Mean = 2.52) and online/offline availability (Mean = 2.67), but disagreed on inclusivity and accessibility of locations (Mean = 2.44–2.48). Features related to disability-friendliness, training, and usability were poorly rated (Mean= 2.12–2.39). While some accessibility was acknowledged, such as transacting anywhere (Mean = 2.63) and resolving issues (Mean = 2.89), reliance on physical bank branches remained (Mean = 2.49). The study concluded that e-banking is only partially accessible and recommended disability-friendly features like braille interfaces, voice-to-text applications, and targeted user training.
